By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the sbj6 platform (accessible at sbj6.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sbj6 platform and must not create an account or place any wagers.

sbj6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

These Terms and Conditions are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Use of the sbj6 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. sbj6 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit access to, or accept wagers from, any person under the age of 18. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where accessing offshore gambling platforms constitutes a criminal offence for the end user.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion arrangement with sbj6 or any other gambling operator.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account with sbj6. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at any given time.

sbj6 cooperates with responsible gambling organisations and takes underage gambling seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

To access the full range of sbj6 services, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. sbj6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify sbj6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

sbj6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security concern to us in a timely manner.

sbj6 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including certified copies of government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

sbj6 maintains a BDT-denominated wallet for all registered users. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to standard BDT transactions, and no foreign transaction surcharge is levied by sbj6 on deposits made via supported local payment methods.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your sbj6 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Withdrawals to mobile financial services are processed within 1 to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements have been approved by sbj6's financial compliance team. sbj6 conducts anti-money-laundering checks on all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of these checks. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met in full.

sbj6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts that do not match the verified identity on the sbj6 account. Any attempt to circumvent this rule will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on sbj6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These specific rules are published within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product only.

General betting principles that apply across all markets:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by sbj6, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where a Cash Out facility is available for that market and exercised before settlement.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager.
• sbj6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a material error in odds has occurred, including technical pricing errors, data feed failures, or human error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the user's account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. sbj6 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, for example during breaks in play, video reviews, or data feed interruptions.
• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently verified for fairness. House edges and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are not adjusted by sbj6.
• Maximum win limits apply on a per-bet and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within each relevant market and game. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid up to the limit only.

sbj6 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by users who the platform reasonably suspects of engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, exploitation of pricing errors, or any other practice intended to gain an unfair advantage.

sbj6 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and reward programmes to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. By claiming or activating any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Standard bonus terms that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, failing which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• One bonus per user: Only one bonus may be active at any given time per account. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless a promotion explicitly permits this.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Most deposit-match bonuses require a minimum single deposit of ৳500 to qualify. The qualifying amount is stated in each promotion.
• Misuse of bonuses: sbj6 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a user has misused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploited promotional terms in bad faith.

Users of the sbj6 platform are expected to engage with the platform honestly, fairly, and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or at any later stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of pricing inconsistencies across markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or match outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing glitches. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using sbj6 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving corresponding credits to your sbj6 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sbj6 support staff or other users through any communication channel.

sbj6 employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Suspicious account activity is flagged for review automatically. Where an investigation is initiated, the relevant account(s) may be suspended pending the outcome. During a suspension, withdrawals are not processed and bets may not be placed.

sbj6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of platform systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the user's verified payment method subject to standard processing times and AML clearance.

Responsible Gaming self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are governed by the procedures described in our Responsible Gaming Policy. A self-exclusion is distinct from a voluntary account closure and carries specific re-admission restrictions.

sbj6 retains transaction records, account data, and communications for a minimum period required by applicable data retention standards following account closure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
